hooping has saved my life!!! well maybe not saved my life, but has definitely lifted my spirits (and kept me from getting violent LOL) during a time when my activity has been rather limited. Swiveling just feels good. Throw on some Gabrielle Roth and the Mirrors and let your hips bring a smile to your face! Wheeee!

I used to be pretty good at it when I was a kid, doing all kind of tricks but when I tried again years later as an adult, I couldn’t do it anymore, not even the simple movements.

I hate jogging, this looks like more fun once you get it, and a good work out as well.

Is it hard to pick up again?

Not if you have an adult sized hoop. And the weighted, fitness hoops are actually easier to use than really light ones. Try it! It’s so fun. Hips don’t lie:-)

Ha ha!!! Awesome!  I haven’t used a hoop in years, but boy oh boy… for a lack of a better term… I used to suck at it!
